Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT POLICY - A £900 deposit (25%) is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable. - You have two payment options: - Pay in full: Make the full payment (per person) today. - Pay in 2 installments: Pay the £900 deposit today, with the remaining balance due by Nov 15th, 2025. --- CANCELLATION POLICY - The £900 deposit is non-refundable. - Cancellations made before Nov 15th, 2025: You’ll receive a 75% refund of your total booking (minus the deposit). - Cancellations made after Nov 15th, 2025: Unfortunately, bookings become non-refundable at this stage, as hotels, tours, and logistics are already confirmed. > Emergencies, although rare, can happen — so travel insurance is required for this trip. It’ll give you peace of mind in case of any unexpected situations. --- ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY - Single occupancy guests: We aim to provide a private room for most of the trip. However, in places with limited options (e.g., safari lodges), you may share a room on a twin-share basis. We’ll always ensure twin beds in these cases. - Friends or couples may request to share a room. - Solo travellers will be thoughtfully paired with another guest based on your questionnaire and Get-To-Know-You calls — one of the best ways to make lifelong friends! - Rooms throughout the journey are luxurious, spacious, and carefully selected — and we’ll be spending most of our time out riding, exploring, hanging around the bonfire, or soaking up the atmosphere in restaurants and lounges. - Travelling as a group? Get in touch so we can accommodate you properly. - Unless specifically requested by couples/friends, we do not assign mixed-gender rooms. --- FLIGHTS & VISA INFORMATION - Please book your flight to Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), the international airport in Sri Lanka. - You’ll want to arrive on Dec 7th, 2025. - Visa required: Most nationalities will need to apply for an eVisa in advance. Sri Lanka no longer offers visas on arrival, so make sure your visa is approved before travelling. - We’ll send out an information pack and checklist closer to the trip to help you stay on track with entry requirements.
